The last time we spoke to Glenn Clark he was the coach of the "Albany NLL" and now he's the leader of the "Albany Firewolves". Sure the roster is the same and the home is still the Times Union Center but now we know the name and persona the team will hopefully win a National Lacrosse League Championship under. So after about six years of coaching the New England Blackwolves how does Glenn Clark feel about coaching the Firewolves?

We caught up with Coach Clark who's currently stuck north of the border in Ontario Canada waiting to get his vaccine and have travel bans lifted. Listen below to hear how Clark feels in love with Box lacrosse and if he likes the new name.

The Albany Firewolves season begins in December and as I told Coach Clark he owes the Capital Region a championship. He played on the Toronto Rock team that beat the Albany Attack for the 2002 NLL championship on our own turf right here at the Times Union Center. Championship level lacrosse is clearly the goal and hearing I was holding him to bringing a a NLL title to Albany didn't make Clark flinch.
