In an exclusive interview with 104.5's Digitial Correspondent Alex Feuz, Chris Hamilton of Stony Brook University said he is going back to play one more year at Stony Brook as a 'Super Senior'.

When asked about the decision process, he said he didn't think about 'hanging up the cleats', but noted it was difficult when the MLB Draft was shortened to only 5 rounds.

"Once the NCAA granted one more year of eligibility, and my coach said he wanted me back, It wasn't a hard decision at all."

Hamilton is one of many on the Albany Dutch that has won a state championship during his high school career. What is something he took from that championship season throughout his playing career?

"The winning culture. It is something that has stuck with me ever since, and motivated me throughout my career."
