Even with the build up to Super Bowl LIV, sports stories that have had legal angles to them have stolen some of the spotlight. That includes the release from house arrest of Antonio Brown and possible lawsuits filed against the Houston Astros in the wake of the sign-stealing scheme.

Union College graduate and legal analyst Dan Lust joined Big Board Sports this week to sort through where some of Brown's cases stand and why if any lawsuits materialize against the Astros, they're most likely to be filed by individual players.

Lust, who also practices personal injury law, says the unfortunate nature of tragedies like the helicopter crash that killed Kobe Bryant, his daughter Gigi and seven others is that they often result in some legal proceedings; lawsuits potentially to find fault.
