• MVP arena will be rowdy at 7 PM when Zac Brown Band takes stage.
• Free Carnival at Aviation Mall in Queensbury 5-11 PM
• Footloose at Cohoes Music Hall at 7 PM, tickets can be bought on the Playhouse Stage Company website
• Love Letters at Rao Theater at Fulton-Montgomery Community College at 7:30 PM
• Mystic Pizza at the Capital Repertory Theatre in Albany at 8 PM

Saturday 8/1

• Dragon Boat Festival at Hurst Harbor Visitor Center in Waterford, racing begins at 10 AM
• Brit Floyd and Get The Led Out at SPAC 7 PM
• Albany Firebirds playoff game at MVP Arena in Albany 4 PM
• How to Train Your Dragon presented by Family Fun Series at Proctors, 10:30 AM and 1 PM, admission is free but tickets must be reserved in advance.
• Free Carnival at Aviation Mall in Queensbury noon-11 PM
• The Jim Dandy at Saratoga Race Course
• Emo Night Tour at Empire Live in Albany at 8 PM
• Footloose at Cohoes Music Hall, 2 PM and 7:30 PM
