“Done” Deal? Buffalo’s Von Miller “Guarantees” OBJ To Bills
Recent injuries to the Buffalo Bills may make it harder for the western New York team to "guarantee" a trip to Super Bowl LVII in Arizona to their wild fanbase. As you know in the NFL, there are no such covenants. However, signing two-time Super Bowl champion and MVP, defensive star Von Miller, fresh off of his Los Angelas Rams' Lombardi trophy celebration, was great start. Now, Miller is making his own guarantee that may help the Bills Mafia with their planned February trip to Phoenix.
On appearance on The Richard Sherman podcast, Von Miller discussed Odell Beckham Jr.'s recent trip to the New York Giants facilities to check in on his injured former teammate Sterling Shepard. According to friend of The Drive with Charlie & Dan, Ryan Talbot of syracuse.com, Miller and Sherman talked about how cool it would be to have the star wide-receiver return to New York. That's where the Super Bowl LVI MVP stepped in.
“But let’s be real,” Miller told Richard Sherman. “He’s coming to the Bills. He’s coming to the Bills. It’s already said and done. He’s coming the Bills. We’re down a couple of receivers, man. You got Josh Allen. You got (Stefon) Diggs. Just think about him and Diggs on the same team. Like, come on! We got Gabe Davis. We got Isaiah McKenzie. Some young guys are coming in and doing their thing. Dawson Knox, there’s been some trade talk about Saquon (Barkley). We got Devin Singletary. Our offensive line is one of the best offensive lines in the league. Defense is doing what we do... When it’s said and done, we know where Odell is going to be at man.”
Von Miller seems pretty convinced that OBJ will once again be his teammate. Miller also seems pretty confident in his return to the Super Bowl in February. The defensive sack-machine is looking to win his 3rd NFL championship ring with his 3rd different team. It may say something about the player!
