A French track & field athlete shoves a funny-looking mascot following a race.  It turns out that the mascot is a 14-year old girl.

Mahiedine Mekhissi-Benabbad is the name of the French track & field athlete who is seen in this video shoving a mascot.  Mekhissi-Benabbad won the 3,000 meter steeplechase gold medal at the European Championships moments before shoving this defenseless mascot.

The mascot went up to the track & field star to give him a present, but Mekhissi-Benabbad was having none of it.  He swatted the prize out of the mascot's hand and then shoved the mascot.  That's low, man.  It's incredibly weak to take out your aggressions on a mascot that looks like the little cousin of Spongebob Squarepants.  It turns out that the mascot is actually a 14-year old girl.  Maybe Mekhissi-Benabbad can beat up an adult mascot next time.  Sheesh.
