Check out this video of a 7-foot-8 Harlem Globetrotter who can dunk without jumping.

"Tiny" Sturgess can actually dunk without jumping.  Technically, "Tiny" jumps a tiny, tiny bit.  (Sorry, I had to).  However, "Tiny" can hang on the rim while both of his feet are still touching the floor.  Now, that's impressive.

According to the Guinness Book of World Records, Paul "Tiny" Sturgess is the world's tallest basketball player.  The more I think about out it, this is exactly what a 7-foot-8 man should be doing though.  It's more impressive that "Tiny" is 7'8" than the fact that he can hang on the rim while his feet are touching the floor.  That's pretty much what should be happening.  That's like a guy who is only two feet tall who can limbo really well.

Speaking of the Harlem Globetrotters, Siena product Tay Fisher is a member of the team.  Tay has stopped by the 104.5 The Team studios a number of times to talk about the Globetrotters and promote upcoming games.  He's a good dude.  I wonder if he's friends with ole "Tiny."
