How Does Jalen Pickett Handle Heightened Expectations?

With the announcement that star Jalen Pickett would be withdrawing his name from the NBA Draft and returning to Siena for his sophomore season, head coach Carm Maciariello broke down the challenges some of this new-found attention might bring to his point guard.

On this week's Onorato & Bagnardi, Coach Carm talked about how the pre-draft process has made Pickett a better player, but also how the Rochester-area native would now have a target on him because of the national attention he garnered this past spring.

Pickett was already primed to be the focus of most scouting reports after being named MAAC Rookie of the Year and a first-team all-MAAC selection as a freshman.
