One day after naming Tyrod Taylor the starting quarterback of the Buffalo Bills, praise is now filing in for Rex Ryan's decision.

Earlier this morning, Mike Greenberg said that the Bills have a chance to be "really good" in 2015 if Taylor can play well.

Taylor is said to be a good passer with good running ability and his ability to be a dual-threat out of the pocket is enticing to the Bills.

The Virginia Tech product never really got a chance to shine in Baltimore, where he sat behind Joe Flacco for four seasons.

Taylor is 24-31 on the preseason for 236 yards. He hasn't thrown any interceptions, but also hasn't thrown a touchdown either.

He's also the Bills leading rusher in the preseason, carrying the ball 11 times for 108 yards.

Taylor beat out free agent signee Matt Cassel and former first-round pick EJ Manuel.
