Bills offensive lineman Richie Incognito is back in football after not being picked up by a team last season. He talked with Armen and Levack at Bills training camp.

“It’s going great, man,” said Incognito. “Just out here grinding.”

On such a young offensive line, it’s easy to see how one of the most publicized ousted leaders of all time could be picking where he left off in Buffalo.

“We all lean on each other right now. We’re all learning a new system right now. There’s a lot of information going back and forth. We all try to communicate and be on the same page.”

Incognito says that not once during the nearly year and a half of not playing a regular season game did he ever question the idea of whether or not he should make his return.

“No, not at all. I think it made me more focused and helped prioritize things in my life and football being the most important thing.”

The former Miami Dolphin will start at left guard this season and is one of the highlights of the Bills offensive line, and offense as a whole.
