It’s “Miller Time” For The Buffalo Bills!

The Buffalo Bills have one goal in mind right now. They are looking to put the finishing touches on a team that will be the odds on favorite to make the Super Bowl next year. The problem is, Bills general manager Brandon Beane thought he accomplished that last year, only to be taken down by the Kansas City Chiefs, once again. Beane may have signed his difference maker on Wednesday.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Buffalo signed Super Bowl winning linebacker and All Pro, Von Miller to a long term contract. Miller's deal is worth $120 million that it includes $51.5 million guaranteed, including $45 million fully guaranteed at signing. That is a huge addition to an already stifling defense. Von Miller is the type of impact player that that puts great teams over the top and into the Super Bowl, just ask the Los Angelas Rams.

Miller pounds quarterbacks. According to espn.com, his 41 pressures last season would've been the most on the Bills; Jerry Hughes had a team-high 37 pressures for a defense that generated pressure at the second-highest rate last season (34% of dropbacks). That kind of added pressure may be just what Buffalo needs to get by Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs.

The Bills also signed the veteran tight end that our guy Ryan Talbot from syracuse.com told The Drive on Wednesday that Buffalo was looking for. The Bills agreed to terms with former Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end O.J. Howard on a one-year contract. Sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter that it's a $3.5 million deal that could be worth up to $5 million.
