New York Cop Saves The Day From A Wandering Bull
A bull escaped his New York pasture and was pulled over by New York State Police. This story might seem like it's a bunch of bull, but it's true and we have the pictures to prove it.
This bull probably told the other bulls. I'm just going to the store to pick up some milk. I'll be right back. You know the other bulls didn't believe him but what were they going to do? They don't even have thumbs, so they watched him trot away. That's when New York State Police spotted the bull on parade.

In all seriousness, on Sunday March 1st, while on patrol on Route 22 in the Town of Ticonderoga, Environmental Conservation Officer (ECO) McCarthy observed a bull loose near the roadway.

Officer McCarthy first used his patrol vehicle to block traffic and then used a boat line as a lasso to assist the owner in guiding the bull back to pasture. The Officer and owner successfully collared the animal and returned it to its pasture.
As you can see in the picture above the bull's speed didn't even register on the radar gun but this bull probably never felt so free. There’s no word on how the bull got loose in the first place, but all commended the quick-thinking ECO on his impromptu cowboy skills.
The New York Beef Council indicates there are approximately 1.4 million heads of cattle in New York State. It appears this one was getting tired of the other 1.399,999 heads of cattle.
