A Hudson Valley Spa employee arrested and accused of offering sexual intercourse in exchange for money.
After a one-month investigation by State and local police an arrest has been made and charges filed against a 50-year-old employee of the Hi7-Spa in Pawling, New York. Here's what we know at this time.

On Monday July 21st, according to a New York State Police press release, Troopers in Dover Plains, NY received a complaint of suspected prostitution at the Hi7-Spa, 4 Oak Street, in the village of Pawling.
The Bureau of Criminal Investigation at State Police Dover Plains, in coordination with the Troop K Violent Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team, launched a follow-up investigation.
On Wednesday August 13, 2025, law enforcement officers from Troop K VGNET, BCI, and Uniform Patrol conducted an enforcement operation at the spa. During the operation, Xuekun Lin, 50, of Davenport, FL offered sexual intercourse for money.
Investigators also determined that Lin did not possess a valid New York State massage therapy license. Lin was arrested and charged with Unlawful Practice of a Profession and Prostitution. Lin was processed and released on an appearance ticket. She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Pawling Court on September 11, 2025.
