Another restaurant and market in Saratoga County has closed its doors. Although its original location remains open, the newest venture only lasted less than a year. It started as just a temporary closure but was announced recently that the location has permanently closed.
Which Seafood Eatery and Market Has Closed in Saratoga County?
Moby Rick's Seafood which opened in Mechanicville at the old Hildreth's Restaurant location in December 2022 has closed for good. According to News 10 ABC, an employee stated that that location is shuttered.
Hildreth's Restaurant was at 251 North Main Street in Mechanicville for fifty-eight years.
Back on May 26th, Moby Rick's Facebook page briefly mentioned that its Mechanicville location was temporarily closed.
Moby Rick's had a seafood store and a restaurant. The seafood store opened for business in December 2022 and then the restaurant opened in January 2023. However, Moby Rick's in Mechanicville is listed as still open according to Google.
