Jameis Winston still is not done with the woman who has accused the quarterback of raping he back in 2012. This past week she filed a civil lawsuit against the projected top NFL draft prospect.

The young lady and her attorney say that they are looking for at least $15,000 worth of damages from Winston.

Here's the statement from the accuser's attorney:

"Jameis Winston ... has proven time and time again to be an entitled athlete who believes he can take what he wants," Clune said in a statement, via The Times. "He took something here that he was not entitled to and he hurt someone. There are consequences for that behavior and since others have refused to hold him accountable, our client will."

In response, Winston's attorney has said that this lawsuit is a "stunt" and "expected".

This doesn't change that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are still expected to draft Winston, but now it's confirmed that he could likely be pulled away from practice in the upcoming months after the draft to tend to this pending lawsuit.
