Kevin Huerter grew up idolizing Dwyane Wade. The Miami Heat great and future Hall of Famer is the reason Huerter wears number 3. The Shen grad also wore Wade's sneakers when he was growing up in Clifton Park.

The Associated Press' Tim Reynolds, who is a good friend to the Huerter family, has documented the relationship between a rising talent in the NBA and one of the best to ever lace them up. Reynolds was courtside when Huerter got an incredible surprise from his favorite player; a ceremonial jersey swap, something Wade is doing with an opposing player in each of his final games. Wade could have chosen another rookie phenom with the Hawks, Trae Young, but he knew the story about Huerter's fandom and so when it was time to trade jerseys, Wade exchanged one number 3 for another.

Tim Reynolds joined Big Board Sports Tuesday morning to talk about that moment as well as Siena's season and chances in the MAAC Tournament; a college basketball program and conference tournament he has covered in the past.
