Mohon Football Preps For Queensbury (Audio)

Section II football playoffs are in full force tonight as nearly all teams are in action, but there are a few games on Saturday afternoon.

In Class A, Mohonasen (3-4) takes on Queensbury (5-2) at 1:30 p.m. at Queensbury.

We brought in Warriors head coach Scott Sabourin on Friday to talk about the contest against a very good Spartans team.

We asked him what the keys are to the game and what challenges Queensbury represents.

Furthermore, this is Sabourin's first year as the head coach at Mohon (second incarnation as Warriors' head coach overall), so we asked him what he's implemented in this season to help rebuild the program.

Finally, we spoke to Sabourin in August as the school was on the verge of opening up it's new athletic field. What impact did that field have on the season?
