More Severe Weather Rolls Through Albany Area

Another round of severe weather impacted our weather on Sunday. This time, it was in the form of a tornado. I came across this video on facebook as it was tagged to a local meteorologist. This woman happened to be at the right place at the right time to capture the twister on video.

Watch the video as the  tornado make its way across the New York State Thruway at Amsterdam.

As you'll see in this video, the storm will begin to the right form the view facing the service area, and the storm and tornado will make its way across the Thruway. The winds/rain also impacted some power lines across the Thurway as you'll see as well.
