Dirk Nowitzki and the Dallas Mavericks came up big in the NBA Finals against the Miami Heat. LeBron James? Not so much.

The Dallas Mavericks polished off the Miami Heat in Game 6 of the NBA Finals 105-95.  The Mavs won the series 4-2 ending LeBron James' quest for his first championship.  Dirk Nowitzki was named MVP of the NBA Finals.  He scored 10 big points in the 4th quarter of Game 6.

Nowitzki ended up scoring 62 points in the 4th quarter of the NBA Finals.  LeBron James was only able to score 18 points.  That's embarrassing for a player as skilled and as imposing as LeBron James.  Dirk and the Dallas Mavericks were better than LeBron and the Miami Heat in winning time.  It's as simple as that.
