Despite beating the New York Knicks on Wednesday night in Brooklyn, the Nets are in the still in the market for a head coach.

The Nets are 11-28, ahead of only the Philadelphia 76ers (4-36) in the Eastern Conference. They are 11th out of 12 teams and are 9.5 games out of the eighth playoff spot.

The team fired head coach Lionel Hollins this week after the dreadful start to the season, but do they have their eyes set on a replacement yet?

Thibodeau spent five years as the head coach of the Chicago Bulls, helping orchestrate much of the current success the Bulls have enjoyed in the last several years. His career coaching record is 394-255.

He's also 23-28 in his career during the playoffs, but he did make the playoffs in each of his five years in Chicago.

Lionel Hollins took the hit in Brooklyn, but the bottom line is that the Nets just don't have a very talented roster at this point.
