Jimmer Fredette will never be forgotten in Glens Falls. What he's accomplished on the local and national levels is too impressive to just dust aside.

But there is room in Glens Falls for another star hooper, isn't there? Enter Joseph Girard III, the rising sophmore guard who has already received three scholarship offers before his 10th grade year.

Those 12 years separate the two players, they were finally on the court together last week, as Jimmer returned home to work out with Girard before Fredette heads off to play this professional season in China.

Girard joined Chris Onorato and I this week to talk about the experience of being on the same floor as Jimmer, what he still needs to work on, his scholarship offers, what it's like balancing all of his summer leagues, and how he doesn't lose sight of the team goals at Glens Falls - to win a Class B Section II championship.
