On Tuesday it was learned that Roy Halladay would be on the 15 day disabled list due to a sore shoulder.  He began feeling the shoulder soreness over the weekend and had tests done to determine the severity of the injury.

The diagnosis is back and Halladay will be out for a minimum of three weeks with a right latissimus dorsi strain.  After some rehab he will be able to work his way back into the Phillies rotation.  Charlie Manuel said before the injury announcement that he felt that Halladay needed a break.  Now he has one.
