While professional wrestling may be scripted, that doesn't mean it's not real.
This past week was another perfect example of this. Here's what people need to understand before taking in this video of wrestler, The Miz, bugging out on camera. More often times than not a wrestler's character is very closely based on the wrestler himself. That is to say, wrestlers identify with their character in and out of the ring. To insult the wrestler or his ability is to insult the man himself. In this video, Daniel Bryan, a former champion who can no longer get into the ring because of serious injury, calls out The Miz for "wrestling like a coward". What happens next is pure gold.
