Serena Williams is 34 years old and still dominating the field at major championships. For the first time in her career, Williams has reached the Australian Open Finals without dropping a set and is now seeking to win her 22nd major title which would tie her with Steffi Graf for the second most all-time.

Williams defeated Agnieszka Radwanska 6-0, 6-4 to reach her seventh career Australian Open final. Williams seemed to almost let Radwanska back into the match early in the second set, but buckled down, got the break, and cruised to the final and improved her career record against Poland's best player to 9-0.

It now comes down to one match against Germany's Angelique Kerber. Kerber is 1-5 all-time against Williams and is the first left-handed player Williams will face in the tournament. Kerber defeated 47th ranked Johanna Konta 7-5, 6-2 in the semi's while also eliminating Williams' rival Victoria Azarenka in the quarterfinals.
