This pooch fully understands the meaning of the rivalry between the San Francisco Giants and the Oakland A's.

Add almost getting your arm chewed off to the list of reasons why I continue to avoid "Dog Day" at sporting events.  A San Francisco Giants' fan nearly got a chunk of his forearm taken off by a St. Bernard at O.co Coliseum in Oakland, CA on Thursday night.  The Oakland A's ended up taking a bite out of the New York Yankees 4-3.  (See what I did there?)

I love the reaction of the St. Bernard's owner.  He just starts laughing.  Add this to the list of reasons why I continue to avoid "Dog Day" at sporting events too; owners might do nothing more than simply laugh when their dog tries to bite your arm off.  Not good.  The guys in the booth got a kick out of this too.  I have to admit that I did also.  Everybody got a laugh out of this except for the Giants' fan.  Just look at the horror that is written all over his face.  Yikes.
