Brian Sinkoff was joined on the show Monday (2/28/11) by Union men's hockey defenseman Brock Matheson to discuss the team's first-ever regular season Conference Title, the upcoming ECAC Tournament and the significance of winning the Cleary Cup.

For the first time in school history, the Union College hockey team is the ECAC regular season champions. The Dutchmen shutout Princeton 5-0 at Messa Rink on Saturday to claim the top spot in the league and earn the #1 seed in the upcoming ECAC Tournament.

It seems that having two top ten ranked Division 1 college hockey teams with in 12 miles of each other is the best kept secret in Upstate New York. Now I’m about to let the secret out.
