Terry Collins won't be back with the Mets next season because the organization wants a new manager and a new voice in the clubhouse and you know what, that stinks. All things considered Collins has done a phenomenal the past seven seasons. It's not his fault that injuries to his starting rotation made it impossible to live up to the high expectations. Collins is a good manager who wants to work until he's 70. That's only two more years, but instead of staying in the dugout, Collins has resigned and will take a position in the Mets front office.
