There’s Good Value In Betting Tiz The Law In The Breeder’s Cup [AUDIO]
The Breeder's Cup World Championships are this Saturday, November 7th at Keeneland in Lexington, Kentucky. Obviously, we here in New York are very focused on the Breeder's Cup Classic because New York-bred Tiz The Law is running with a chance to win against the other top 3-year-old horses in the country but it's a full day of championship horse racing. Joining Levack and Goz to preview the big day and Tiz The Law's chances of rebounding after losing the Kentucky Derby and skipping the Preakness is President of NYRA Bets Tony Allevato.
Trainer Barclay Tagg and Jockey Manny Franco will be looking to win and solidify Tiz The LAw as the top 3-year-old from the 2nd position. With an opening line of 3-1 Tiz The Law is the second favorite after Improbable rode by Irad Ortiz Jr. Improbable is one of three Bob Baffert trained horses, joined by Authentic, the horse that beat him in the Kentucky Derby and Maximum Security. Oddly enough all three Baffert trained horses are on the three farthest outside positions 8) Improbable, 9) Authentic and 10) Maximum Security. With so many great horses in the field, it's almost impossible for me to pick but I can assure you I'll have Tiz The Law on my ticket and I think I like using the three Baffert horses as well. Lucky for us Tony shares his insight below.
Listen to Tony Allevato's reasons why Tiz The LAw has good value and belongs on your ticket this Saturday for the Breeder's Cup Classic.
