Tony Stewart is no stranger to controversy. The NASCAR driver is known for his fiery temper and locally for being involved in a death of dirt track driver Kevin Ward. There is a long standing debate as to whether or not Stewart let his temper get the best of him in what was ruled an accident. There's no doubt that in this video Stewart is upset with a heckler.

At the Lucas Oil Chili Bowl 300 a heckler who turned out to be an off duty member of the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office, Cpl. Kyle Hess said he never liked the driver so Stewart and what appears to be a member of security confront Hess.

It appears as though once Hess pushes Stewart back after the two argue for a bit, then security gets involved and Stewart gets a bit tougher.
