Could WWE fans see two Hall of Famers return to the ring soon?

Earlier this week, The Bella Twins called out current WWE women tag team champions Shayna Bazler and Nia Jax on social media.

Combined both Nikki and Brie gained three reigns as WWE Divas Champion. However, the WWE women's tag team championships were not in existence during the career of both superstars.

The Bella Twins were inductees into the WWE Hall of Fame class in 2020 but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, their induction ceremony was postponded. Some reports believe the 2020 and 2021 classes will be inducted together.

The Bellas announced in March 2019 thaty they had both retired from in ring competition.  Instead of competing in the WWE, the Bella Twins have been adding to their families in 2020.

This past year, both Nikki and Brie Bella welcomed new born babies into the world. Nikki gave birth on Friday July 28th while Brie followed her just one day later on Saturday July 29th

The tag team of Bazler and Jax has dominated the women's tag team division over the past few weeks. A matchup between this power team and the  legendary Bella Twins duo could be a great match in the future for WWE.

Some of WWE's marquee pay per view events are approaching including November's Survivor Series, January's Royal Rumble and April's WrestleMania. It is possible the Bella Twins may wait until then to appear again inside the squared circle.

The Bella Twins have become reality television stars on the E! show Total Bellas. Check out the timeline of an another famous reality show couple's relationship below.
