You just had a feeling it wouldn't last on Monday night at the Times Union Center in Albany.

The Dayton Flyers women's basketball team shot 70 percent from three-point range in the first half and carried a 44-43 lead into halftime against the mighty Connecticut Huskies, but UConn dominated the second stanza en route to a 91-70 win in the Elite 8.

The win advances the Albany Regional Champion Huskies to the Final Four in Tampa Bay, Fla.

Kaleen Mosqueda-Lewis led Connecticut with 27 points, 21 of which came behind the arc. Her seven threes made her the NCAA all-time leader in three-pointers made.

Huskies star Breanna Stewart contributed 23 points, as did Morgan Tuck.

UConn outscored the Flyers 48-26 in the second half as they really upped the defensive intensity. The Huskies out-rebounded Dayton 41-31 and held a 14-4 advantage in free-throws made.

All four No. 1 seeds advanced in the women's bracket and UConn will take on Maryland on April 5 at 8:30 p.m.
