Vikings Part Ways With Mascot Over Contract Dispute

For years the Minnesota Vikings have been represented by Ragnar the Viking. He's made appearances with flags, on motorcycles and is known for getting the Vikings' crowd going. For years Ragnar and the Vikings were happy with a $1500 per appearance. Recently Ragnar asked for a modest increase of $20,000 A GAME FOR TEN YEARS!!!

The Vikings decided he wasn't worth $160,000 a season and Ragnar is no longer patrolling the sidelines.
