Voit And Sanchez Lead In ASG Votes At First And Catcher

Voting for the 2019 Major League Baseball All Star Game doesn't end until June 21st but two New York Yankees have an early lead on their positions. Catcher Gary Sanchez and First Baseman Luke Voit are in the lead when it comes to ASG voting.

Considering how this season has gone for the Yankees this would be huge. The Bronx Bombers original plans for the 2019 season went out the window pretty early as they have averaged 13 players on the Injured List at any given time. Sanchez is in a true bounce back season and Voit has taken his opportunity at First and ran with it. At this time other Yankees receiving votes are DJ LeMahieu is second at 2nd Base, Gio Urshela is second at 3rd Base, Gleybor Torres 3rd at Short Stop and Aaron Judge has the 7th most votes for Outfielders.
