Jamion Christian comes to Siena after six years as his alma mater's head coach. Christian led Mount Saint Mary's to two NCAA Tournaments, once in 2014 and again in 2017. Before taking the job at The Mount, the 36-year old Virginia native was an assistant coach at William & Mary and VCU.
