What Should Levack Do At Disney World?

I am taking my daughter and my family down to Disney World in Florida for the Levack family vacation. I've been once before, four years ago and I know a lot has changed. So here's me asking you for help, what do I need to do, what is the thing I can't miss and what little tricks or secrets have you figured out?
