With CFP Rankings Around the Corner, ESPN’s Adnan Virk Breaks It Down
Up until a couple of weeks ago, college football's landscape looked like Alabama, Clemson and then everyone else. The same way we seem destined for another championship meeting between the Cavs and Warriors in the NBA, good money would have been on the Tide and Tigers to meet for a third time in the national championship game this coming January. As they say, though, that's why they play the games.
As the second ranked team in the country, Clemson went to Syracuse and, not only lost its starting quarterback at halftime, but the game as well. The Tigers are still in the hunt, but it's more of an open field now behind Alabama.
To sort through this weekend's biggest matchups and the scenarios for specific teams to reach the playoff, ESPN college football host Adnan Virk joined Rodger and Chris on Big Board Sports.
