The New York Giants lacked a decent pass rush last season. The NFL's last ranked defense forced the most turnovers in the league, yet gave up the most points, two stats we don't normally throw together. So it's a near guarantee that the Giants will search for a few pass rushers in free agency as well as the draft this off-season.

Already linked to Miami Dolphins pass rusher Olivier Vernon, the Giants could also be looking at a pass rushing linebacker that already plays in New York state as well. Buffalo Bills pass rusher Mario Williams is most likely to be released by the team in the coming weeks. Williams would help bring that edge pass rush that the Giants desperately need in order for their defense to even be effective at all.

Other teams that could reportedly show interest in Williams include the San Francisco 49ers, Atlanta Falcons, Jacksonville Jaguars, or Oakland Raiders.

Do you think Mario Williams would help the Giants pass rush?
