South Carolina’s Jadeveon Clowney Lays The Hit Of 2013 In Outback Bowl [VIDEO]

Hopefully you had something better to do today than watch the Outback Bowl between the South Carolina Gamecocks and Michigan Wolverines but, if you are a glutton for punishment or a fan of either team, you were treated to the hit of the new year from South Carolina’s Jadeveon Clowney on running back Vincent Smith.

My word. I have never seen a hit that big in a college football game, assuming that we are not counting any of Bobby Boucher’s in The Waterboy. The hit forced a fumble, and helped the Gamecocks win the game, 33-28.

We are only one day into 2013, but we may have already seen the hit that will end the year as football’s best.
