John Sterling Called Into The Team [Podcast]

The Yankees have brought in a lot of new faces over the winter.

“I think it’s a very intriguing spring training,” said John Sterling, voice of the Yankees. “I don’t know what’s going to happen but it’s a very intriguing camp as it happens.”

It also needs to be noted that Derek Jeter is coming back from a major ankle injury last season. Many reports indicate that Jeter has looked fabulous in his recent workouts.

“What you can expect from Derek Jeter is his best. He’s been working hard. He’s going to be 40 years old and no one at 40 plays shortstop but he can break that. He can be the same terrific player.”
