The 84-80 loss ended a season that saw Siena go 21-13 and finish third in the MAAC. Playing in his last game in Green and Gold, senior Ryan Oliver led the way with 18 points on 7-9 shooting.

Providing hope for the future, freshman Nico Clareth had 14 points and become the all-time single-season scoring leader for freshman, passing Michael Haddix.

Marquis Wright had 15 points and Brett Bisping had 12 points and six rebounds.

"We had 21 wins, couldn't be prouder," Siena coach Jimmy Patsos said via the Saints website. "They played better than we did; they played harder than we did. There's not a lot of excuses you can make. We got some key stops; they got the rebound and put it in. Maybe that little hint of disappointment from not making the NCAA's creeped in there."
