Los Angeles Lakers point guard Steve Nash showed off his Gangnam Style dance moves along with his new spiffy L.A. hairdo.

It’s bad enough that the Houston Rockets lost 119-108 to the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday night.  It’s way worse that Steve Nash felt so comfortable with the Lakers chances to win the game that he busted out a Gangnam Style dance on the bench.  Nash danced while rocking out his new Hollywood haircut that looks way different than his normal ratty look.

Nash has only played in two games for the Lakers so far this season.  Nash will miss another week with a small fracture in his left leg.  The Lakers are now 5-5 on the season.  They’ll host the Brooklyn Nets at 10:30pm ET on Tuesday evening.

Nash has only played 50 total minutes this season for the Lake Show.  He’s contributed more on the bench as a Gangnam Style impersonator than on the court.  Hopefully, that will change soon.  The NBA is much more interesting with Steve Nash on the floor.  He’s still one of the most creative players in the game.

It wouldn’t surprise me if Nash were a fan of Psy’s smash hit “Gangnam Style.”  The video (attached below) seems like it’s right up Nash’s alley.  Nash has a good sense of humor and probably appreciates the goofy nature of this video.  Check out the parody video that ESPN’s Mike & Mike (weekdays 6-10am on 104.5 The Team in Albany, NY) put together.  I could see Nash being a fan of this parody video too.
