I have to give these New York Knicks some credit where credit is due.  They continue to impress me and the rest of the NBA.  They are now the three seed overall in the Eastern Conference after winning eight games in a row and going 14-2 overall during the month of January.  It was their third best record for a month in franchise history.  this is all stemming from a huge trade on December 30th to acquire OG Anunoby and others in exchange for RJ Barrett and Immanuel Quickley.  They look and play like a different team and that is exactl what head coach Tom Thibodeau wants.  Below is my quick take on this as seen in the Times Union:

The New York Knicks for the first time in many years are worth watching. They finally have a team that could reach the Eastern Conference Finals and the addition OG Anunoby and his defensive prowess is a big reason why. A 14-2 record in January is impressive but all that really matters is what they do in the playoffs. The Knicks are not beating Boston or Milwaukee in a best of seven series, but they would compete and make it very interesting. Knicks are relevant this season and Knicks fans loving every minute of it.
