Wanting to stress that some people have questioned Jay Cutler’s toughness, Fox Sports ran a graphic on air of a series of headlines — including “Cutler Lacks Courage” — during the Chicago Bears season opener that criticized Cutler in Chicago for leaving last season’s NFC Championship game last season with an injury.

The New York Giants got a solid effort from their offense, defense and special teams in a 41-13 victory over the Chicago Bears on Monday night at the Meadowlands. But New York's win also came with a big loss.  Starting cornerback Terrell Thomas suffered a season-ending knee injury.
