I'm not going to lie - watching Boston Celtics' guard Rajon Rondo dislocate his elbow on Saturday made me dry-heave.  That was a pretty nasty injury. But what about some other sports injuries that we've cringed about? I've come up with a list of the top 5 most gruesome.  I hope you haven't eaten yet.

The time has come.  The Brackets have been announced and March Madness is in full swing.  Here's my initial reaction to the brackets.

With conference titles already locked up for UCONN and Kansas the scene shifts today to the other power conferences, with championships and seeding on the line.

So let me get this straight, five Ohio State football players get suspended for the first five games on the 2011 season for selling jerseys, championship rings and trophies to a local tattoo parlor owner. Then the head coach finds out about it, doesn't tell anyone - and yet, he only gets a two-game suspension?  WTF?

As we all get set for tonight's Syracuse/Georgetown & Duke/North Carolina games, it brings up a great debate about rivalries in sports. Let's face it, every fan has one game on their teams' schedule that they look forward to the most every year.  Throw out the records, when rivals get together, it's always a battle. So what is the best rivalry in all of sports?
