The Tennessee Titans were terrible a season ago. As a result, the Tennessee Titans are picking No.1 in the draft this season.

But, with a franchise quarterback in Marcus Mariota making strides - and after the acquisition of a franchise back in DeMarco Murray - are the Titans ready to be a pseudo-contender in the AFC South?

The South is a poor division, but it's getting better with Andrew Luck in Indy, the Texans acquiring a QB/RB yesterday, and the Jaguars making moves in free agency as well. It's not entirely out of the question that the Titans make a move in the standings.
