The Atlanta Falcons and the Philadelphia Eagles have agreed on a deal that will send Cornerback Asante Samuel to the Falcons.

According to ESPN,  The deal is for 3 years and is worth $18.5 Million. The Eagles in return would get a late round Draft Pick on Thursday. New Falcons defensive coordinator Mike Nolan now has even more strength at Cornerback joining Dunta Robinson and Brent Grimes.

In Samuel's 9 year career with the Patriots and Eagles he has played in 131 games and has had 368 career tackles and 45  interceptions. He is a 4 time Pro Bowler and 2 time Super Bowl Champion with New England.
