The New York Giants will absolutely regret not signing Saquon Barkley and letting him go to the Philadelphia Eagles.  In week one he torched the Packers on the ground and even caught some clutch passes too.  He had three touchdowns and the Giants looked so pathetic on Sunday with zero running game whatsoever.  John Mara and company should have paid him the money he wanted because he is a once in a generation type of talent at running back, when he is healthy.  The key word obviously being healthy as unfortunately Saquon has been plagued with injuries throughout his career.  Below is my quick take on this as seen in The Times Union:

One week into the season and running back Saquon Barkley is already having a major impact on the Philadelphia Eagles. Philadelphia showed him the money when the Giants took a hard pass, and the Eagles will reap all the benefits. Barkley scores three touchdowns in their game one win over Green Bay in Brazil and it's just to the start of a big season for Barkley. Giants' fans are going to cringe this season watching the Saquon run for one touchdown after another.

I hope for Barkley's sake he has the best season of his entire career.  He finally has a competent offensive line that he can run behind which is a first.  He also has a great quarterback in Jalen Hurts who will relieve some of the heavy workload he used to have with the Giants.  Keep on rolling Saquon.
