Belmont Thursday Card Cancelled Due To High Winds

NYRA was forced to cancel live racing at Belmont Park on Thursday due to the impending rain and high winds passing through Long Island. Safety has been the upmost importance this year in racing and NYRA chose to air on the side of caution and rightly so.

NYRA will have its Empire Showcase day this Saturday including the Empire Classic. Live racing will resume Friday with a first post at 1:15pm.
