The Mets need to fire Carlos Beltran. They cleaned house in Houston, Boston sent Alex Cora packing for his involvement in the sign stealing scandal, and now it’s the Mets turn. It doesn’t matter that Major League Baseball isn’t punishing the players. Beltran was the only player mentioned in the report, and he’s already on record saying he was unaware what was going on in Houston. So he lied about it, just like AJ Hinch did.
