Plenty of Bill Belichick haters are lining up in full force to criticize the New England Patriots head coach for one of the dumbest reasons ever.

Many people are criticizing Bill Belichick for leaving tight end Rob Gronkowski in the game against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday.  The Patriots beat the Colts 59-24.  Gronkowski suffered a broken forearm.  He wasn’t playing on offense though.  Oh, no.  He was actually taken out of the game in the final minutes to, you know, prevent injury.  No, Gronkowski was on the field as a member of the extra point team.

Yeah, some ridiculous fans are actually criticizing Belichick for leaving Gronkowski on the extra freakin point team.  Really?  They’re saying that Belichick was running up the score. You wanna talk about making something out of nothing.  Since when did Rob Gronkowski turn into the best extra point blocker of all time?  This is a major reach!

Also, since when is playing on the extra point team extremely risky?  It isn’t!  The people that are making an issue out of this non-issue are giving me an ice cream headache.  This is a convenient, lame, stupid second guess.  If you don’t have any problem whatsoever with Rob Gronkowski being on the extra point team at the end of a blowout game before he gets injured, then don’t make the biggest deal out of his fluke injury.  Please stop talking.
